Job Description

We are looking for a Nurse Resident or Nurse Graduate to join our Emergency Room team at Sinai Hospital under the CARE BRAVELY program. As part of the program, you will receive up to $20,000 in tuition assistance and a supportive environment to kickstart your nursing career.

Responsibilities

Participate in individualized new nurse orientations and internships.
Engage in classes, present cases, and develop clinical skills.
Work with a dedicated team to gain confidence and skills as a healthcare professional.
Receive support from clinical coaches and life coaches to navigate the challenges of the role.

Requirements

Registered Nurse Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
Maryland RN License and BLS Certification.
Less than 1 year of nursing experience.
