SOCIAL WORKER PRN

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled PRN Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This position is based in Baltimore, MD at Levindale Hospital. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, addressing a variety of common issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and discharge planning. Additionally, you will offer counseling related to death and dying, aging, and medical procedures.

Requirements

• Basic professional knowledge with a Bachelor's degree
• 1-3 years of experience
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification
