SOCIAL WORKER PRN

Job Description

We are currently looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This position, based in Baltimore, MD at Levindale Hospital, involves providing clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families facing various challenges including adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and counseling related to death and dying.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments.
• Address common problems such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and more.
• Engage in discharge planning and provide counseling related to death and dying.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in social work.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients and families.
