We are currently looking for a talented PRN Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will provide crucial clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families, addressing various common challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and counseling related to death and dying.

Responsibilities

• Offer clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and families.
• Address a wide range of issues including adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and discharge planning.
• Provide counseling related to death and dying.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in social work.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
• Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in the field.
