SOCIAL WORKER PRN

Job Description

LifeBridge Health is looking for a compassionate and skilled Social Worker (PRN) to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a PRN Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families, addressing a range of common challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and counseling related to death and dying.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and families.
• Address issues including adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and counseling related to death and dying.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the well-being of patients and residents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in social work.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
• Knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field.
