Job Description
We are looking for a talented PRN Social Worker to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, addressing a variety of common problems including adjustment issues, financial concerns, family relationships, and discharge planning.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical social work services to patients and their families.
- Assess and address common psychosocial issues.
- Offer counseling related to aging, powerlessness, and end-of-life care.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient well-being.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional knowledge.
- 1-3 years of experience in social work.
- LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
