Job Description
We are looking for a PRN Social Worker to join our compassionate team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families, addressing a variety of common challenges. Your responsibilities will include assisting with adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, discharge planning, and counseling related to death and dying.
Requirements
- Basic professional knowledge with a Bachelor's degree; familiarity with theory and practice in a specialized field.
- 1-3 years of experience in social work.
- LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
