Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This position is on a PRN basis at Levindale Hospital, providing critical social work services to patients/residents and families facing various challenges.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide counseling to address a range of issues.
- Assist patients/residents and families with adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and discharge planning.
- Support individuals coping with aging, powerlessness, and grief related to death and dying.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC certification.
- Strong knowledge of social work theory and practice.
