SOCIAL WORKER PRN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated PRN Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This position is based in Baltimore, MD, at Levindale Hospital, within the hospital social work department. As a PRN Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, residents, and their families, addressing various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, aging-related changes, and end-of-life counseling.

Requirements

• Basic professional knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in social work.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
