SOCIAL WORKER PRN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As part of our Allied Health team at Levindale Hospital, you will provide essential clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families across various areas of concern. This role involves addressing issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial matters, family dynamics, medical procedures, aging-related changes, discharge planning, as well as end-of-life counseling.

Requirements

• Basic professional knowledge with a Bachelor's degree.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
