SOCIAL WORKER PRN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker PRN to join LifeBridge Health at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker, you will provide crucial clinical social work services, conduct psychosocial assessments, and offer counseling to patients and their families facing a variety of challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assess and address common psychosocial issues faced by patients and families.
• Offer support and guidance with adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and aging-related changes.
• Provide counseling on medical procedures, discharge planning, end-of-life issues, and related topics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC certification.
