Job Description

We are looking for a Social Worker PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This position is based in Baltimore, MD, at Levindale Hospital. The role involves providing clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families, addressing various issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling related to medical procedures and end-of-life care.

Responsibilities

• Offer clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments.
• Address common problems faced by patients and families.
• Provide counseling related to discharge planning, death, and other sensitive topics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC certification.
