Summary
As a Social Worker PRN at LifeBridge Health, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and families. Your responsibilities will include addressing a variety of common problems such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and discharge planning. We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team in delivering exceptional care to our community.
Requirements
- Basic professional knowledge with a Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of experience
- LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification
