Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As part of our allied health team at Levindale Hospital, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families, addressing a range of common challenges related to healthcare, aging, and end-of-life care.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services to patients/residents and families.
• Address common issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and discharge planning.
• Offer counseling and support related to aging, medical procedures, and end-of-life care.

Requirements

• Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Licensed as LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC.
