Job Description
Ethos Veterinary Health is seeking a Full-time Surgery Veterinary Technician to join the surgical team at Bulger Veterinary Hospital in Lawrence, Massachusetts. This position offers the opportunity to work with board-certified surgeons specializing in soft tissue, orthopedic, and minimally invasive surgeries.
Responsibilities
- Perform anesthetic monitoring and assist in surgical procedures.
- Prepare blood samples for diagnostic testing and take radiographs.
- Assist in various surgeries and maintain patient vitals.
- Opportunity to achieve VTS for anesthesia or surgical specialty.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited AVMA program or equivalent with a minimum of two years of Veterinary Anesthesia experience.
- Proficiency in anesthetic monitoring, record-keeping, and medical procedures.
- CVT, LVT, or VTS certification preferred.
