Technician- Echo/Vascular - Hamilton - Noninvasive Vascular - FT/First Shift

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Technician specializing in Echo and Vascular procedures to join our team at Kettering Health Network in Hamilton. As an Echo Ultrasound Tech, you will be responsible for producing high-quality ultrasound images, collaborating with medical professionals, and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality echocardiograms and vascular ultrasounds following accredited guidelines.
• Collaborate with Cardiologists, vascular surgeons, and Radiologists.
• Ensure proper machine settings, transducer selections, and image quality.
• Provide care to patients in various settings with interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Registry by Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS).
• ECHO certification.
• Registered in both adult echocardiography and vascular ultrasound.
• Graduated from an accredited school of Ultrasound/Sonography.

Qualifications

• On-call duty for Echo & Vascular required.
• Must become registered in both modalities within 6 months.
• Reside within 30 minutes of the hospital.
