Responsibilities

• Enforce compliance with employment policies by leading the Management Team.
• Manage the performance of the Management Team through coaching and direction.
• Oversee food, labor, and liquor costs to maintain profitability.
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Conduct weekly/monthly inventories and budgets.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and security standards.
• Develop incentive programs for staff members and support their training.
• Act as the primary liaison with vendors and support center contacts.
