Job Description

Nicolet National Bank is seeking a dedicated and customer-centric Universal Banker to join our team. As a Universal Banker, you will have the opportunity to interact with customers, complete transactions, promote Nicolet products and services, and ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining accurate transactions, supporting customers with account inquiries, and contributing to the growth of customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller duties, organize, balance, and proof cash transactions daily.
• Assist with personal banker duties, open accounts, and resolve account-related issues.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain awareness of banking regulations and security procedures to prevent fraud.
• Promote Nicolet products and services, recommend suitable solutions to customers, and resolve complaints.
• Participate in community events to promote Nicolet products and services.
• Handle vault responsibilities, maintain inventory, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Embrace diversity in the workplace and promote inclusion and respect for all.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of cash handling experience.
