Job Details
As a Lead Support Driver, you will travel to various locations to cover for regular route collection drivers' absences. While most routes are within the region, occasional travel outside the region may be required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Loading, hauling, and delivering food waste with multiple stops per day
- Operating various truck equipment and tools
- Adhering to safety guidelines and regulations
- Communicating effectively with customers and vendors
- Maintaining accurate documentation and logs
Required Skills & Abilities
- Time management and route consistency
- Communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in operating vehicles and equipment
- Basic computer and cell phone knowledge
- Fluency in English
Physical Requirements
- Lifting, pulling, and pushing heavy loads
- Working in various weather conditions
- Handling odors and other job-specific challenges
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL License
- Clean Driving Record
- Minimum 23 years of age
- Stable Work History
