Job Description

Dogwood Industries LLC is seeking a General Foreman to join our manufacturing team in Sedro-Woolley, WA. The chosen candidate will play a critical role in directing crew members through the fabrication process, ensuring production goals are met and delivering high-quality end products. As a General Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing metal assemblies fabrication, maintaining quality control, ensuring crew safety, and optimizing production processes.

Responsibilities

• Review prints and drawings to clarify concerns.
• Establish production goals in collaboration with the Superintendent.
• Organize work areas, improve productivity, and build efficient processes.
• Direct crew members, coach, and train for optimal performance.
• Ensure adherence to quality control measures and create a safe work environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Foreman in steel fabrication.
• Proficiency in weld processes, jigs, and welding equipment.
• Ability to sequence work steps and read shop drawings.
• Fluency in English, with computer skills as a plus.
