Job Description
Kiwanda Hospitality Group, part of the Nestucca Ridge Family of Companies, is seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas according to customer orders, maintaining kitchen safety, and ensuring a clean workstation. If you have a Food Handler's Certificate, food preparation experience, and exceptional customer service skills, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings.
- Monitor pizza ovens and cooking times.
- Follow company recipes for high-quality pizzas.
- Manage inventory and cleanliness of workstations.
- Ensure timely completion of customers' orders.
- Dispose of expired ingredients at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- Food Handler's Certificate.
- Experience in food preparation and handling.
- Knowledge of food safety procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Availability for evening shifts and weekends.
