Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Supervisor | RN to join the Campbell County Health team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will work under the supervision of Clinic Directors to ensure excellence in patient care, clinical oversight, and staff management. Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily clinic operations to ensure patient satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
• Provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff for effective implementation of the nursing process and patient care.
• Participate in staff hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with Clinic Directors to achieve clinic goals and maintain fiscal compliance.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Wyoming RN license.
• Prior experience in ambulatory clinic settings preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and electronic health records.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills.
