Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Wellness Associate to join Lassen's Natural Foods team. As a Wellness Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests in the Wellness Department. Your responsibilities will include providing product information, creating displays, maintaining accurate pricing, and assisting with orders.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by offering friendly and knowledgeable assistance.
- Assist in placing orders and receiving merchandise.
- Ensure accurate pricing and placement of shelf tags and sale signs.
- Educate customers on Lassen's promotions and products in the Wellness Department.
- Provide information on vitamins, supplements, and cosmetic items within legal guidelines.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of vitamins, supplements, and cosmetic products preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain displays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
