Quail Park, a leading provider of memory care services in West Seattle, is looking for a passionate and experienced Community Relations Director to join our team. As the Sales and Marketing Director, you will play a vital role in promoting our community to both residents and stakeholders, ensuring continued growth and success.

Responsibilities

The Community Relations Director will oversee all aspects of marketing, sales, and public relations to maintain a positive community reputation and achieve or exceed occupancy targets. Key responsibilities include conducting market analysis, developing marketing plans, organizing outreach programs, managing sales processes, and providing exceptional leadership to the team.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Previous marketing and business development experience in senior housing.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Proficiency in sales and marketing software.

Essential Functions

Marketing

• Conduct competitive analysis and develop marketing plans.
• Organize community outreach programs and media advertising.

Sales Management

• Achieve or exceed census goals and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to move-ins.

Leadership/Management

• Lead by example with a positive attitude and excellent customer service.
• Provide training to team members and manage department budget.
