Construction Project Director

Job Description

The Construction Project Director at BluSky plays a crucial role in managing and closing new business opportunities related to restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services in commercial, industrial, government, and residential properties damaged by disasters. Collaborating with property owners and managers, the Project Director develops cost estimates, negotiates contracts, and ensures customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage and exceed sales goals
• Oversee revenue production and billing processes
• Focus on maintaining profit margins and project budgets
• Lead accounts receivable & collections efforts
• Work closely with internal teams for project coordination

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing and sales experience in construction or restoration industry
• Strong construction estimating expertise and project management skills
• Proficiency with Xactimate and MS Office; OSHA certifications preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
