Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities generated through personal business development and marketing activities. Working with owners of commercial, industrial, government, and residential properties, this role involves developing cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services.

Requirements

- Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills
- Xactimate and other estimating software knowledge preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Project management and financial administration knowledge
- Strong business ethics and the ability to work in autonomous environments
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
