Job Description

The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities in the construction industry. Working closely with property owners and managers of commercial, industrial, government, and residential properties, the Project Director develops cost estimates for restoration, renovation, and roofing services. The role involves leading sales, revenue generation, and managing project budgets to ensure profitability.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in restoration or construction industry
• Construction estimating and large loss experience
• Microsoft Office skills and Xactimate proficiency
• Social media and project management knowledge
• OSHA, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred
