Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities generated by personal business development and marketing activities. Working closely with owners and managers, they develop cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services for properties damaged by disasters.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing/business development and sales experience in construction or restoration industry
- Construction estimating and catastrophe experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Xactimate, and social media platforms
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Business ethics, integrity, and autonomy capabilities
- OSHA and CPR certifications are preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
