Larson Financial Group, LLC is looking for a dedicated and experienced Financial Planner to join our team at the Fort Wayne, IN office. This role involves working closely with clients to help them achieve their financial goals by providing top-notch service, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to an exceptional client experience through financial planning expertise.

As a Financial Planner, your responsibilities will include conducting client meetings, preparing financial plans, offering investment advice, managing client information, and ensuring client satisfaction through outstanding service delivery. You will collaborate with the Advisory team to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to clients, requiring a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and conducting client meetings.
  • Gathering data for financial plan preparation.
  • Providing investment advice based on team recommendations.
  • Managing and resolving client issues.
  • Implementing client touches for a personalized experience.
  • Entering and managing information in financial planning software.
  • Following up on new business and managing client relationships.

Expectations

  • Building rapport with clients through various communication channels.
  • Working collaboratively with the Advisory team and support staff.
  • Adapting to change, working efficiently, and meeting deadlines.
  • Serving as the primary contact for assigned clients.

Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years' experience in Financial Planning.
  • Series 7 license required.
  • CFP certification is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in financial services industry and software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
