School-Based Occupational Therapist (2024-2025)

Job Description

We are hiring for the 2024-2025 School Year for a School-Based Occupational Therapist position at Thrive Therapies Group. This full-time role involves collaborating with stakeholders, developing intervention plans, and supporting students in reaching their goals. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate student needs and develop intervention plans.
• Support students in achieving academic and personal goals.
• Execute and revise intervention plans based on outcomes.
• Lead relevant meetings and draft and implement goals for students.

Requirements

• Obtain and pass a background check before employment begins.
• Hold a National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) and active TN State license.

• Fluency in a global language (especially Spanish, Somali, or Arabic).
