Sherwood Autism Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT at Sherwood Autism Center, you will play a crucial role in implementing Applied Behavior Analysis principles to support individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities

• Provide direct instruction and support using ABA principles in individual and group settings.
• Facilitate community activities and behavior support plans.
• Implement and maintain progress on Individual Education/Service Plans.
• Organize and maintain student-accessed environments.
• Maintain RBT certification and actively participate in meetings and trainings.
• Promote a cooperative and productive work environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age with US work authorization.
• RBT certification and 60+ college credit hours or equivalent.
• Experience in special education and working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, communicate effectively, and prioritize tasks.
• Positive demeanor, critical thinking skills, and great customer service.
