Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated School-Based Occupational Therapist to join our team at Thrive Therapies Group. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and meeting the needs of students to help them succeed academically and beyond. Your work will involve collaborating with school partners, developing intervention plans, and supporting students in reaching their goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate student needs and develop intervention plans.
• Work with students and parents to identify necessary skills for success.
• Provide feedback and support to educators for effective student progress.
• Implement 504 and IEP goals and lead relevant meetings.

Requirements

• Pass a background check.
• Hold National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy and active TN State license.
