CTMS, a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP), is looking for a Full-Time IT Maintenance & Auditing Technician to join our Technical Department. This role involves providing internal support for service contract clients and requires a mix of IT infrastructure management and monitoring skills. The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology, have strong organizational skills, and excellent customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct real-time monitoring of IT infrastructure to identify issues, bottlenecks, and security threats.
• Create and maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Generate regular reports on system and network health, performance, and security.
• Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
• Respond to alerts, analyze root causes, and provide top-notch customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, IT certifications, or 5+ years of strong customer service skills.
• Experience in IT infrastructure management and monitoring.
• Familiarity with tools like ConnectWise Automate, SolarWinds N-central, or similar platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $38,000-$45,000 annually, depending on experience.
