LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) - YADKIN NURSING CARE CENTER

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Yadkin Nursing Care Center. As an LPN, you will assist in directing nursing services for a unit/hall, delegate duties, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing nursing services for a unit/hall as per regulations.
• Delegate duties to nursing personnel and monitor work performance.
• Observe patients for symptoms and reactions, notifying physicians of emergencies.
• Implement changes in orders as instructed by physicians.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Licensed Practical Nurse from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Willingness to work as charge nurses and during emergencies.
• Ability to provide quality nursing care and follow doctors' orders.
• CPR certification and attendance at required training meetings.
