Job Description
Liberty Healthcare Management is currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care in a rewarding environment. This is a Part-Time position during weekends from 7 am to 7 pm, ensuring patient well-being and adherence to healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assure quality nursing care by following physician's orders and facility procedures.
- Administer medications and supervise nursing assistants.
- Assist physicians with patient care and treatments.
- Document treatments and maintain infection control measures.
- Participate in research related to nursing care quality.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with a valid North Carolina Board of Nursing license.
- Ensure patient care compliance, CPR certification, and professional development training.
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff, departments, patients, and families.
- Demonstrate critical decision-making skills to address nursing challenges.
