We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Manager of Financial Planning and Analytics to join our team at Red River Commodities. As the Financial Planner and Analyst Manager, your primary responsibilities will include supervising and mentoring a team of financial analysts, analyzing financial data, developing and maintaining financial models, and providing insight into the organization's financial performance. You will collaborate cross-departmentally to gather data for planning processes, monitor progress, and identify opportunities for improvement. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret financial reports, and proficiency in financial software tools. If you have a Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, we encourage you to apply.
