Job Description
We are currently looking for a passionate Residential Floating Therapist to join ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. in providing clinical services for individuals affected by severe and persistent mental illness. In this role, you will work half time at the Fairview Firs SRTF residential program and provide Zoom-based services as needed statewide. Your responsibilities will include conducting mental health assessments, updating treatment plans, offering clinical oversight, and collaborating with facility staff and community providers. Additionally, crisis de-escalation training will be provided, requiring physical maneuvers.
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with flexibility to meet client and program needs.
Compensation
$6,250 - $7,250 per month, DOE/Credentials. Bilingual candidates may receive an additional 5% Language Differential.
Requirements
- Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration.
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Two years of post-graduate clinical experience.
- Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
- Physical ability to perform required tasks and maneuvers.
