Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Universal Banker to join the team at International State Bank of Raton. As a Universal Banker, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, providing financial solutions, and fostering lasting relationships with clients. Your responsibilities will include handling various financial transactions, offering banking products and services, and assisting customers with their needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers with day-to-day banking needs and inquiries.
• Open new accounts and support clients in utilizing banking services.
• Cross-sell and promote banking products to expand customer relationships.
• Participate in business development activities and meet sales goals.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security procedures.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in sales, banking, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent customer service and communication skills.
