Account Executive - Commercial Leasing Agent

Join our team at E V Bishoff Company as an Account Executive - Commercial Leasing Agent. As the Leasing Agent for our properties, you will directly represent the Owner, showcasing available office spaces, preparing lease proposals, closing deals with new tenants, and managing the leasing needs of existing tenants. This role requires a high level of tenant interaction, in-depth knowledge of our available spaces, and proficiency in floor planning.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 annually, with the potential for additional bonuses ranging from $10,000 to $15,000 upon achieving individual goals. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, allowing for a healthy work-life balance with weekends off.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excel in autonomous work environments, and be motivated by both goals and financial success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• Demonstrated success in sales.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including email and video conferencing.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Good time management, scheduling, and calendar management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Promptly follow up on leads provided by the Corporate Marketing Department to schedule showings and secure leases.
• Engage in business development through our corporate neighbors' program.
