Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Relationship Banker - Tier I to join our team at Community Financial Services Bank. As a Relationship Banker, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients and assisting them with their banking needs.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist clients with banking inquiries and explain products and services.
- Process various teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
- Establish and nurture client relationships, identifying their needs and recommending services.
- Issue debit cards, handle night deposits, and manage currency transactions.
- Participate in orientation and trainings to ensure compliance with bank policies.
- Assist in opening/closing of cash vaults and Banking Center operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader.
