Join our dynamic team at Hilton Garden Inn Virginia Beach Oceanfront as an Area Catering Sales Manager. If you have experience in the hospitality industry, we want you to support our Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Oceanfront properties in soliciting and closing accounts to drive event revenues and surpass sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, negotiate, and book new business through various efforts such as prospecting and site tours.
• Enhance relationships with key accounts and professional associations to increase market share.
• Maintain an active sales solicitation program and follow up on leads to maximize revenue.

Requirements

• Previous Hotel Sales Experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or extensive experience in a hotel or related field.
• Hilton experience recommended.
