Responsibilities

• Solicit, negotiate, and secure new business to maximize revenue for the assigned hotels.
• Cultivate relationships with key accounts and industry partners to expand market share.
• Utilize sales strategies to exceed revenue targets and consistently uphold quality standards.
• Conduct thorough client site inspections and stay informed about market competition.

Requirements

• Prior experience in hotel sales, particularly within the Hilton and Marriott brands, is highly desirable.
• Ability to meet and exceed revenue goals while managing sales expenses responsibly.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Understanding of sales techniques to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
• Multi-property experience and a degree in a related field are advantageous.
