Job Description

Suffolk University is looking for an Associate Director of Graduate Admission to join the team and contribute to the recruitment and admission of graduate students. Reporting to the Director of Graduate Admission, this role involves guiding prospective students through enrollment steps, evaluating applications, and participating in recruitment activities.

Responsibilities

• Represent the University at recruiting events.
• Manage the admission process for a caseload of students.
• Train and mentor recruiting team members.
• Maximize relationships with partners supporting student recruitment.
• Assist with office budget management.
• Develop recruitment strategies.
• Serve on university committees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of relevant admission and recruitment experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse environment.
• Strong time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally.
