Associate Director, Real World Data

Job Description

T1D EXCHANGE INC is seeking an Associate Director of Real World Data to lead the Real-World Data team. This position involves designing and implementing statistical analyses for various research projects and establishing best practices for data analytics strategies and population health initiatives. Join our Quality Improvement and Population Health Team, utilizing big data and predictive analytics to advance diabetes care.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare study documents, reports, and presentations to summarize research findings.
• Ensure quality and consistency of analytics deliverables from the Real-World Data team.
• Supervise and provide training to team members.
• Develop statistical analysis plans for research studies using industry-standard tools.
• Review research data to identify trends, demographics, and statistical inferences.
• Establish best practices for data management and analysis.
• Facilitate collaborative efforts with industry partners.

Qualifications

• PhD in related field with 2+ years of relevant healthcare experience.
• Proficiency in advanced statistical programs like R or Python.
• Experience with relational databases, advanced statistical techniques, and data mining.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and committed to accurate results.
