Job Description
Silver Diner Development, LLC is seeking enthusiastic Bartenders to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality to our guests, mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet every guest promptly; deliver orders accurately and with suggestive selling.
- Prepare and serve drinks according to standard recipes; manage POS transactions.
- Maintain a clean and attractive bar display; wash stemware and practice responsible alcohol service.
- Work collaboratively within a team; communicate effectively and contribute to a positive work environment.
Brand Delivery
- Adhere to uniform standards and SMG scoring guidelines.
- Ensure on-time arrival, maintain a positive attitude, and uphold the Silver Diner brand.
Cost Balancing
- Account for sales accurately; handle cash responsibly and monitor waste.
Performance Measures
- Achieve positive sales growth in the bar; prioritize guest satisfaction and accuracy.
- Zero cash handling errors; contribute to a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- State applicable alcohol compliance certification.
- 1-2 years of Bartending experience.
- Excellent guest service skills, communication, and ability to multitask.
- Physical stamina to withstand a fast-paced and demanding environment.
