Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 Instruction: Tailor personalized instruction to participants' skill levels and musical goals.
- Instrumental Technique: Develop proficiency and musicality on various instruments.
- Performance Development: Prepare participants for solo and ensemble performances.
- Advanced Skills: Instruct in music notation, audition preparation, and improvisation.
- Showcase Preparation: Collaborate for showcases during instruction.
- Assessment: Track progress and adjust instruction as necessary.
Qualifications
- Strong background in music education and performance.
- Proficiency in one or more musical instruments.
- Exceptional teaching and communication skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of all ages and skill levels.
- Knowledge of music theory and notation.
- Experience with auditioning and performance preparation.
