Field Service Coordinator/Dispatcher

We are hiring a Field Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our team at ITECH Holding LLC, a leading security solutions integrator. As a Field Service Coordinator/Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating, scheduling, and routing Field Service Technicians across the U.S., ensuring operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue optimization.

Responsibilities

• Effectively plan, route, and schedule trips to meet operational and sales goals.
• Coordinate equipment availability and shipping times with job scheduling.
• Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling-related communication with customers, internal teams, and contractors.
• Identify and resolve scheduling roadblocks and issues promptly.
• Track and update job progress, ensuring completion within set timelines.
• Continuously improve work planning and control processes.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Minimum of 3 years of dispatch and/or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of the security industry is a plus.

Compensation

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year.
