Job Description

The Server plays a crucial role at Silver Diner by delivering exceptional hospitality to guests, enhancing sales, and ensuring the flawless execution of food and beverage orders. As a Server, you will embody the Silver Diner brand by providing outstanding service, suggesting menu items, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service by greeting guests promptly, delivering accurate orders, and suggesting menu items.
• Efficiently handle POS functions, ensuring all orders are processed correctly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, following Silver Diner standards.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless dining experience.
• Adhere to uniform and SMG scoring standards for brand consistency.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Server or Bartender preferred.
• Exceptional guest service skills, communication abilities, and sense of urgency.
• Physically capable of meeting the demands of a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
