Sales Representative - Education

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our Education division at JTM Food Group. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will work closely with Regional Sales Managers to increase sales in the assigned region by identifying opportunities, developing accounts, and ensuring resource optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Planning and Development
• Reporting on Marketing spend
• Supporting Food Show/Food Cuttings
• Product Training coordination
• Bid placement
• Broker management
• Attendance at conferences
• Warehouse inventory management
• Travel required: 25 – 75% weekly

Success Criteria:

• Safety/GMP/Food Safety/Quality compliance
• BRC Compliance
• Accurate reporting
• Meeting customer requirements

Experience and Skill Requirements:

• Minimum four-year college degree in business
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and computer literacy
