Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing cocktails, taking food orders, and serving alcoholic/nonalcoholic beverages while providing exceptional customer service that aligns with the Erickson Senior Living Mission, Vision, Values, and Strategic Objectives. You will ensure a smooth and timely experience for all guests, utilizing your expertise on menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Responsibilities
- Prepares cocktails and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Takes food and beverage orders, inputs orders into the POS system, and delivers food and beverage.
- Appropriately handles cash and charges, ensuring exceptional guest service.
- Replenishes and prepares supplies.
